Franklin Update

Welcome to TEARS of Seminole County

Annette Our mission is to work in unison with Seminole County Animal Services, and with other local shelters and groups, to improve both the quality of life and shelter living conditions for these animals and the prospect of starting a new life in a new forever home or foster home.

Our goal will be achieved through charitable fund-raising events, community education of the need to spay/neuter pets and through support of adoption events. TEARS Inc. encourages respect, compassion and kindness to all animals everywhere.

Can't adopt but want to make a difference in a life of a homeless pet?

  Thank you!
NEEDED: A Ventilation System
Shelter conditions are bad enough for any dog and the summer heat in Florida just adds to the problems the staff and dogs are up against. Not only does the lack of air flow, poor circulation and filtration increase the spread of disease among the dogs, but the summer temperatures can make it unbearable for both the dogs and the public.
